Sesame Crackers

Weigh the ingredients and set aside. (The amount of one egg liquid can't be used up, the rest can be used to brush the surface, and the sesame seeds are fried in advance with a low heat, which will be more fragrant)

Pour the egg liquid, corn oil, and powdered sugar into a large basin. (The powdered sugar is easy to melt, if it is white granulated sugar, use a cooking machine to make powder)

Tips:
You can add chopped cooked dried fruit after baking as you like. This amount is made 26 at a time. The sweetness is moderate.
