Sesame Shortbread

Put all the materials in a clean basin,

Stir slightly and be careful not to beat up the egg whites.

Squeeze it into the gold plate and tap it a few times.

Bake in the oven, the upper tube is 180 degrees, and the lower tube is 160 degrees, for about 20 minutes.
