                                Mix low flour and baking powder through a sieve.

                                Return the eggs to room temperature.

                                Roast the 3 kinds of nuts at 170°C for 8-10 minutes, and toast until fragrant.

                                Beat the eggs in a single whip, add fine sugar and salt, mix well, then add the sieved low powder and baking powder, and mix quickly with a spatula.

                                Add all kinds of nuts, mix and knead into a ball.

                                Divide the dough into 2 pieces and knead them into a round stick with a width of about 5 cm and a height of about 2 cm.

                                Put it in a 170 degree oven and bake for about 25 minutes.

                                After baking, take it out while hot and cut into thick slices about 1-1.5cm wide, and place in a baking tray.

                                Put it in a 150 degree oven and bake it for about 20 minutes, then it will cool down.
                            
                            
                                Tips: 
                                1. Nuts can choose the flavors you like, not necessarily fixed to these 3 kinds.
 2. This dough has a high humidity, so you must use hand powder to help it form a dough when shaping it.
