Cut a slightly larger mango into small pieces, add a little water and 1 tablespoon of honey.

Use a food processor to make juice and take 150 grams.

Soak 1 gelatin tablet in cold water to soften it.

Remove the soaked gelatine slices and put them in the mango juice, heat them over water until the gelatine slices are completely melted, and then let cool.

Take a glass cup and place it in a small bowl at an angle, and fix it with facial tissues. Pour the mango juice into the cup without shaking the cup. The cup and the small bowl are placed in the refrigerator for 4 hours until solidified.

Another gelatin tablet is soaked in cold water to soften it. Add 50 g of milk and heat it over water until the gelatin tablet is completely melted.

Set aside to cool.

Add 100 grams of whipped cream to 20 grams of sugar and use an electric whisk to beat at high speed until there are clear lines.

Pour the milk into the whipped cream and stir evenly with your hands (the kitchen lighting is bad at night).

Take out the refrigerated cup, pour the whipped cream into the glass, and continue to refrigerate in the refrigerator until it is completely set.

Garnish with fruit before eating.

Tips:
1. Don't shake the cup when putting mango juice into the cup for the first time, and avoid other places on the wall of the cup from being stained with mango juice.
2. It must be completely solidified the first time before the second whipped cream operation.
