Shell the braised peanuts and take 50 grams of kernels. Pour into a food processor with granulated sugar, beat into fine powder, pour into a large bowl, add egg liquid and milk, and mix well. Mix low-gluten flour with baking soda, sift into peanut paste, and mix well. Place it on the counter and roll it into a rectangle with a thickness of about 0.5 cm.

Brush the surface with egg wash, sprinkle with coarse granulated sugar, cut into small 3 cm squares, find a good distance, and place in a baking tray.
