Shanghai Fried Noodles

10ml light soy sauce for shredded pork, mix cornstarch, cooking wine, and water for later use. Other ingredients are also ready.

Tips:
If you don’t finish a meal, you need to cover or sprinkle some water on the microwave when you eat it again, otherwise it will be too dry. You can also stir fry with bean sprouts, I didn’t buy bean sprouts~
