Shepherd's Purse Shrimp Balls

1. Wash the shepherd's purse, blanch it in boiling water, and then cool it in cold water. Remove and squeeze out the water.

2. Chop on the chopping board.

3. Add salt to the ground meat, chicken essence, green onion and ginger, and appropriate amount of water. Stir in the chopped shepherd's purse and mix into shepherd's purse meat.
