Pan Fried Bun
1.
Wash the vegetable seedlings, blanch them in a pot of boiling water to cool, squeeze out the water and chop them. Add minced green onion, ginger, salt, chicken essence, and sugar to the ground meat, stir well, and mix well with the chopped vegetable seedlings. Wash and chop the chives and set aside.
2.
Mix the flour with yeast, baking powder and some warm water to form a dough, and knead it for 20 minutes.
3.
Knead the stick again and rub the tablet. Use a rolling pin to roll out the round skin.
4.
Pack the stuffing heart.
5.
Pan-fried buns are generally made smaller and easy to fry. Pour a little oil in a frying pan and heat it up, then fry the small buns.
6.
Pour in boiling water [cold water is also fine], cover half of the height of the buns, cover, boil and fry for about 5 minutes. The buns I made are small. If they are large, add a little more water to extend the cooking time.
7.
After the water has evaporated, sprinkle the chopped green onion.
8.
It can be out of the pot after a lid is stuffed.
9.
The soft buns have a crispy bottom and the aroma of spring onions. They are delicious.
