Shiba Leaf Tofu

Prepare a piece of Shiba Leaf Tofu.

Wash the green onions, ginger, and garlic.
3.
Cut the Shiba Leaf Tofu into rectangular slices, mince garlic, and shred ginger.

Heat a wok with cold oil, add minced garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant. (Forget ginger silk)
5.
Add Shiba-leaf tofu and stir fry.
6.
Add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, etc., and mix well.
