Shrimp, Scallion and Tofu Box──"fish Kitchen" Private Kitchen

Ingredients: 500g fresh freshwater shrimp, 500g tofu, 3 spring onions, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of vegetable oil, and appropriate amount of sesame oil.

Put another pot in water, add a little salt and a few drops of vegetable oil to the water. After the water is boiled, put the spare tofu in and cook for two minutes, remove and drain the water;

After the water is boiled, quickly put a large section of shallots in, quickly remove it for five seconds, let it cool, and chop into pieces;

The tofu box is cut from one-sixth of the way with a serrated knife; Tip: As shown in the picture, be sure to use a serrated knife to ensure a smooth cut surface.

Use a sharp knife to gently take out the tofu in the middle of the tofu box, try to keep it as flat as possible and don't break it;

Crush the tofu with a spoon, add cooked shallots, shrimp balls, a little salt, and a few drops of sesame oil, stir well, and sprinkle with raw shallots. Tips: You must not put too much sesame oil, a few drops are enough.

Tips:
