Simple and Delicious-----salted Egg Firewood Tofu

Put the steaming grid in the pot, and steam the salted egg yolk bought in the supermarket on the pot.

Prepare the cooked salted duck eggs.

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks.

Prepare firewood tofu.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Add water to the pot and blanch the tofu in boiling water for two minutes.

Scoop up the tofu and put it with the salted egg whites.

Press the tofu and salted protein together to form a tofu puree.

Crush the egg yolk.

Turn on the fire and pour an appropriate amount of oil in the pot.

Pour in the right amount of hot water.

2. Generally 200 grams of tofu with 4 egg yolks, 1 egg white is almost the same.
3. Because the salted egg white is very salty, the ratio of egg white to egg yolk cannot be kept the same. I used a single salted egg yolk bought in the supermarket, plus the whole salted egg.
