Flavored Wood Fire Tofu

Heat the pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, and add the tofu cubes;

Spread the tofu cubes flat in the pot and put a little salt;

Fry until the surface is golden, turn it over, and then fry until golden for use;

Put a little oil in the pot, add pork belly slices and stir fry;

Stir-fry the pork belly until the surface is slightly yellow and oily, add minced garlic, tempeh and red pepper and stir fry together;

Stir-fry the aroma and add the tofu cubes that have just been fried;

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, soy sauce and a small amount of water, cover and cook for two or three minutes;

Then add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and heat up the juice together;

Add green garlic and white garlic and stir fry together and it will be out of the pot;

Tips:
1. Firewood tofu is a bit similar to ordinary old tofu and southern tofu, but has a special brine taste, more toughness and better taste; of course, the tofu can also be replaced by the above tofu;
2. Add some salt when frying tofu, not only to prevent oil from splashing, but also to taste better;
3. Put a little bit of pork belly, just to help increase the fragrance; the meat should be fry the surface slightly yellow, and the oil will come out, then add minced garlic, tempeh and red pepper to stir fry together;
4. Add tofu, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, soy sauce and a small amount of water and cook for two minutes, then add oyster sauce and heat to collect the juice; add the hard-to-cook garlic white and stir fry together, and add the green garlic leaves when they are up.
