Beef Shouxi Pot
1.
Prepare the ingredients you need.
2.
Handle the ingredients: cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms, tear them apart and wash them, wash the shiitake mushrooms with a knife, wash the baby cabbage, tear off the outer film of crab fillets, and cut tofu into pieces.
3.
Heat the bottom of the pot and put a small piece of butter in it.
4.
Place the cut tofu evenly in the pot.
5.
Fry on both sides until browned.
6.
Set up a plate for later use.
7.
Place baby vegetables on the bottom of the pot.
8.
Put the enoki mushrooms neatly.
9.
Add beef balls.
10.
Put in the crab sticks.
11.
Add shiitake mushrooms.
12.
Add the fried tofu.
13.
Put in the beef rolls at the end.
14.
Add appropriate amount of water (boiled broth is better), and the amount of water should be enough for the beef rolls.
15.
Cover the pot and place it on the induction cooker or gas stove to cook.
16.
Boil for about ten minutes. After the water is boiled slightly, add two spoons of Korean rice sauce (if you have mirin and Japanese soy sauce, it is better to make a sauce).
17.
Then add appropriate salt according to personal taste.
18.
A simple shouxi pot is ready. You can cook and eat on the induction cooker, or you can boil it and place it directly on the dining table.
