Snow Konjac Fresh Soup

The main side dishes are pork bones, water-fat magnolia, taro and flat mushrooms, and other savory ingredients can also be added according to personal preference.

Soak the snow konjac in water in advance.

Wash the taro and cut into pieces, soak in water for later use.

Rinse the oyster mushrooms and tear them into small flowers.

Pork bones in a pot of cold water, add green onions and cooking wine, boil over high heat, skim off the foam, turn to low heat and simmer for more than 1 hour.

Simmer until the soup turns white.

While boiling the soup, drain the taro and fry for 3~5 minutes until the skin is golden.

Put the taro and snow konjac and simmer for about 10 minutes (the simmering time of the taro should be adjusted according to the type of taro).

Finally, add oyster mushrooms and magnolia slices and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt.
