Snow Lotus Loofah and Crucian Carp Soup

Cut snow lotus, loofah, and carrot evenly into large pieces

Put the salad oil in the rice cooker, press the cooking button, saute the ginger slices

Place the crucian carp, close the lid, and fry the fish in a pot

Pour in the right amount of hot water, first put in the snow lotus and carrot cubes

Press the cooking button to cook the soup until it is thick and white, then add the loofah

Continue to boil for about 10 minutes, add salt to taste
