1. Add two spoons of coffee powder to the cup

2. Rinse with boiling water and mix well

3. Heat 130 grams of milk on a low heat to about 75 degrees. If you don’t have a food thermometer, it’s fine to see that the milk has a small foam

4. Pour milk into the coffee cup and use the remaining small amount to make milk froth

5. Slowly beat with an electric milk frother to produce delicate milk froth. When beating, don’t put too much milk, beat slowly, so that the milk froth is fine
