Stir coffee powder + warm water evenly, set aside

Stir the softened cheese + caster sugar / powdered sugar evenly.

Add three egg yolks and stir well.

Add 2 whole eggs and stir well.

Add whipped cream and stir well.

Then add coffee liquid and stir well.

Then sift in the cornstarch and stir evenly.

Finally, sift the coffee cheese paste into a 6-inch mold, and then put it in the preheated oven and bake at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes. After being released from the oven, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one night or at least 4 hours.
