Sour Soup and Crispy Pork Yuanbao Dumplings

For steamed crispy meat, see the previous log for the method. Deep-fried crispy pork can also be used for this, but it is not as good as steamed. The blanched shepherd's purse has been chopped up. My mother has cleaned it up.

Start two pots at the same time, boil the dumplings in one pot, boil the chicken soup in the other pot, pour the crispy meat and boil. Prepare small green vegetables separately, you can use spinach or yellow cabbage or other.

Prepare some balsamic vinegar, which can be more or less according to your preference, and add a small amount of raw soy to taste.
