Spaghetti with Mushroom Sauce

Prepare the meat filling, dice the shiitake mushrooms and dried seeds, and finely chop the green onions and ginger;

Boil pot water in a pot, add an appropriate amount of salt to it, add whole wheat spaghetti after the water is boiled, and cook for six or seven minutes;

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for five minutes;

After five minutes, add an appropriate amount of water starch to thicken, then add a small amount of salt and pepper;

Pour the cooked mushroom sauce on the spaghetti covered with shredded cucumber;

Sprinkle with chopped green onions, and a simple lunch is ready.
