Spiced Lotus Root Slices

Prepare the materials

Peanuts in a cold pan with cold oil, put it on the stove and burst until it makes a popping sound.

After the peanuts are sauteed, add a few drops of white wine and mix it to make it crisper

Scrape the lotus root, rinse and cut into thin slices

Blanch the lotus root slices, remove and drain

Add lotus root slices to celery and peanuts, pour in pepper oil and mix well.
