Chinese cabbage is more common in winter. A single Chinese cabbage can be eaten in many ways. The outer cabbage leaves can be used as fillings, and the inner cabbage leaves are fried and pickled.
Today I will make a cabbage meat roll with spicy soup and rice.

Spicy Cabbage Rolls with Meat

1. Cabbage leaves and meat ready

2. Cabbage leaves cut into pieces

3. Mince the meat, add the seasoning and mix well

4. Put the cabbage leaves in a pot of boiling water and blanch them

5. After blanching the cabbage leaves, put an appropriate amount of meat filling and wrap them on all sides.

6. Put the wrapped cabbage meat rolls in a pot of boiling water and steam for 15 minutes

7. When steaming the cabbage rolls, chop the peppers, green onions and garlic

8. Put the chili in the pot until a little bit of oil, and stir fragrant green onions and garlic

9. Pour in light soy sauce, cooking wine, water, a little salt, water starch and stir well to make a spicy sauce

10. Just pour it on the steamed cabbage rolls

Tips:

The steamed meat rolls will leave some soup on the plate, just use it as the final topping
