Spicy Crab

Take care of the crab (I have said it before, but I won’t explain it today).

Shred the pepper, cut the green onion into sections, and mince the garlic.

Add oil to the wok, sauté the scallion white and minced garlic, transfer to the side of the wok, add an appropriate amount of hot pot bottom ingredients and fry until fragrant and fry the red oil.

Stir fry the cooked crab meat.
5.
Add scallions and shredded green peppers.
6.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7.
Run three or four spatula water along the side of the pot and put in the crab shells.
8.
Cook until the water is almost dry.
