Spicy Duck Neck

After buying the chilled duck neck, remove the fascia.

Chop into small pieces with a knife.

Mix the spicy marinade into a paste with water.

Dip all the duck neck with seasoning.

Marinate for 20 minutes.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot.

Put the marinated duck neck into the pot and fry the seasoning to dry.

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking wine.
9.
Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and stir well.

Add water that hasn't passed the duck neck.

Cover and turn to medium-low heat and cook for about 40 minutes.

Finally, add some sugar to taste and it can be out of the pan.

The spicy seasoning I use is the seasoning of roast chicken, which can be increased or decreased according to each person's taste.
