Spicy Fried Pan Eel

Scald the rice eel with hot water and clean it.

Pour the fried rice eel into the pan.
3.
Fry until golden brown on both sides, it will roll up naturally.
4.
Leave the oil in the pot and fry the minced garlic and ginger pepper.
5.
Add the fried rice eel and chili, drizzle a little cooking wine and soy sauce and stir fry.
6.
Stir fry evenly.
7.
Add onions and peppers and stir fry until they are broken.
8.
Plate.
