Spicy Grilled Turbot

Turbine fish is cleaned, crossed with a knife on both sides, as deep as the fish bone;

Tips:
1. Adjust the marinade according to your own taste, especially the chili powder, the amount depends on your own taste;
2. Check whether the fish is cooked well or not depends on the size of the fish and the way it is baked. I use this method, plus the oven has the function of a large area of barbecue, it will be cooked in ten minutes; if it is baked in a baking tray, pay attention to inspection, use a bamboo stick to pick up the fish and it can be separated from the bone. Consider whether to turn it over.
