Steamed Turbot

Wash the fish and remove the viscera, and put ginger slices on the plate.

Fill the pot with water and bring to a boil, and place the fish on the steaming rack.

Cover tightly and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.

Take out the steamed fish and remove the ginger slices.
5.
Pour in steamed fish soy sauce.
6.
Put the chopped green onion on the surface.
7.
In a separate pot, add two spoons of peanut oil and cook until it is piping hot and smoking.
8.
Pour the hot oil evenly on the surface of the fish to finish.
9.
Finished product.
Tips:
The time for steaming the fish depends on the size of the fish. My one is four or two per catty, and it is very cooked after seven or eight minutes of steaming.
