Turbot with Oyster Sauce

One piece of fresh turbot, please take care of it and wash it.

Put a flower knife on your back.

Put three chopsticks on the steamer and put ginger slices on it.

Put the turbot on a drawer and steam it over medium heat for eight minutes.

Shred the ginger, cut the millet pepper into diagonal shreds, and cut the chives into long pieces.

The steamed turbot is carefully scooped out with a spatula. Sprinkle the chives.

Pour half a bowl of boiling water in the pot, some oyster sauce, some light soy sauce, and a little salt to boil.

Add millet pepper and shredded ginger and cook on and off. Just pour it on the steamed turbot.

Tips:
The fish I bought in the morning was kept fresh in the refrigerator. I took it out and washed it and steamed it directly in the pot at noon, which caused the fish skin to be steamed a little bit differently, but it was delicious but not discounted 😅
