Steamed Turbot

1. Remove the gills of the bought fresh turbot, lightly scrape the surface of the fish to remove the mucus, wash it, and make a few strokes on the surface of the fish

2. Wash the shallots, red pepper, and ginger and cut into shreds for later use

3. Sprinkle a little salt

4. Add water to the steamer and put it in the steaming rack. When the steam starts to emerge, place the fish on the steaming rack.

5. Cover the pot and steam on high heat for 15 minutes

6. Take out with a clamp

7. Another pot of hot oil

8. Spread the prepared green onion, red pepper and ginger evenly on the fish, add 3 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce

9. Then pour hot oil on it
