Spicy Purple Lentils

Prepare ingredients: purple lentils, tempeh spicy sauce, garlic

Wash the lentils first, then tear off the old stems on both sides

Smash the garlic with a knife

Heat the oil in the pot, add garlic and tempeh spicy sauce, and stir until fragrant.

Pour in lentils, salt and fresh soy sauce and stir fry for a while

Pour in a proper amount of water, cover the pot, and cook for about 10 minutes on medium and low heat (you can turn it a few times during this period to avoid sticking the pot)

Cook until the lentils are soft and rotten, and the soup is thick and ready to be served

Tips:
1. The tempeh spicy sauce can be replaced by Lao Gan Ma
2. Purple lentils contain toxic proteins, lectins, and saponin that can cause hemolysis. So it must be cooked before eating, otherwise food poisoning may occur
