Spicy Sausage Claypot Rice

1. Soak the rice for 1 hour in advance.

3. Making sauce: 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cold boiled water, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of white sugar, a little chili ring.

4. Brush the inner wall of the clay pot with cooking oil, magnify the rice, and boil with 1.5 times clear water on medium heat.

5. After boiling, turn to low heat, and when small holes appear in the rice, spread the golden spicy sausage.
