Spicy Seaweed Shreds
1.
Wash the small kelp and soak to remove the salty taste;

Wash cucumbers and carrots for later use;
3.
The garlic is finely mashed into a puree with a garlic mortar;
4.
Cut kelp finely into shreds;
5.
Carrots are finely cut into shreds;
6.
The cucumber is finely chopped into shreds;
7.
Finely chop the chives into shreds;
8.
Put all the shreds into a large bowl and mix well;
9.
Put the garlic, chili oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil and salt into a small bowl together and mix well to form a sauce;
10.
Add the sauce to the shreds;
11.
Just mix well.
Tips:
If there is no maple syrup, you can add a little sugar instead. I have recently used maple syrup instead of sugar~
