Spicy Steamed Pork

Soak the pork head and cook for about 20 minutes, then take the thick part and slice it.

Peel the potatoes, slice them, and put them in the bottom of a bowl.

Cover the pork head on the potatoes and sprinkle a little salt;

Add water to the electric pressure cooker, put the steaming rack, put the bowl into it, and press it for about 20 minutes;

After releasing the pressure, take it out and sprinkle onion.

Boil the oil until it smokes, turn off the heat, add the pepper and dried sea pepper to fry the flavor;

Just pour into the bowl.
