Spicy Vegetarian Meat

1. Ingredients: Soaked protein meat, dried chili, star anise, bay leaves, stewed meat bag, five-spice powder, salt and pepper powder, etc.

2. Put oil in the pot, add star anise, dried chili, and bay leaves to stir fry for a scent.

3. After frying the flavor, add the soaked egg white meat, stewed meat bag, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 small piece of rock sugar,

5. Add 1/3 teaspoon five spice powder

6. Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for a while.

8. Add chili powder and cumin powder
