Spinach Root in Oyster Sauce

Brush the spinach roots.

Peel the garlic and mince, pick the onion, wash it, and cut the chopped green onion.

Put the spinach root in a pot of boiling water, blanch until cooked, remove and serve.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and a part of chopped green onion until fragrant.

Add water, sugar and oyster sauce and mix well.
6.
Add the remaining green onion and starch water to thicken.
7.
Pour the mixed juice onto the spinach roots on the plate.
8.
Serve ready to eat.
Tips:
You can also stir-fry or stir-fry the meat with chili, and the spinach will not be astringent by adding sugar.
