Spinach Root in Oyster Sauce

Brush the spinach roots and set aside.

Wash the green onions and garlic, cut them well and set aside.

Boil water in a pot, add salt, add spinach root and cook.

Remove and serve.

Put a spoonful of starch into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water and mix well.

Heat oil in a wok and sauté the minced garlic.
7.
Add oyster sauce and mix well.
8.
Add starch water to thicken.
9.
Add chopped green onion and mix well.
10.
Pour onto the spinach roots in the plate.

Tips:
You can also saute spinach root with chili, it tastes good.
