Squid Fried Green Pepper

Wash and cut green peppers

Boil the raw squid and drain, add salt, pepper, and starch to marinate for a while, then shred the ginger and put on it for later use.

Put the oil in the pan and heat up, then pour the squid and stir fry for a while, add some water, and fry again. Cover the pan and cook for about 3 minutes.

Almost pour in the green pepper and continue to fry for about 8 minutes, while adding a small amount of salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper to taste

Tips:
Do not overripe the green peppers, or they will not taste good. You must blanch the raw squid
