Steamed Baby Geoduck with Scallops

Prepare the ingredients.

The baby geoduck was processed by the vendor, and the guts were cut open to get the meat.

The vermicelli is soaked in boiling water.

Soak the scallops for 4 hours and then press the wire with a knife.

Put the scallops and minced garlic in a bowl and then drizzle with hot oil to make the aroma.

Then add ground chili, ground celery, ground winter vegetables, chicken powder, pepper, salt, sugar, cornstarch, and appropriate amount of water, mix well and set aside.
