I went to the seafood market today and saw a special price for small geoduck, 48 yuan each. I have never made it myself, so I decided to buy one and try it at home! I was dumbfounded when I went home to clean it. It is no exaggeration to say that the internal organs accounted for half of the weight, and there was only a little good meat left! Geoduck is generally used for sashimi or porridge, I think the amount is too small, so I decided to use some pickled vegetables and spring bamboo shoots to fry! "
