Too many burgers in fast food restaurants, change the taste, and make steamed buns (actually because we don’t eat fast food restaurants). Watch my little steamed bun make a big transformation~"

2. Step: Use the microwave oven to heat the bread stall for 40 seconds, and then slice into three slices, top, middle and bottom. Put the beef sauce on the bottom slice first. I used the yak beef sauce my mother brought back from Tibet.

Tips:

1. Steamed buns must use old-fashioned buns, which are chewy. Don't use the fluffy ones, they don't taste good.
2. As long as you like, steak, pork chop and chicken chop can be used. Bacon is fine too.
3. Tomatoes are also ok, but I personally don't like it because there is too much water.
4. I always don't like to use more frying for fried eggs. Just drop two or three drops on the pan. Less oil is healthier.
5. The beef sauce is salty, delicious and spicy, depending on your mood. You can also use shiitake mushroom sauce, godmother or something.
