Steamed Bun Steak Egg Burger
1.
Today, the steamed bun fort is simple, but because the ingredients are ready, the time is tight in the morning, so the steps are not complete. Because the method is simple, so dear friends forgive me! The picture is today's breakfast.
2.
Step: Use the microwave oven to heat the bread stall for 40 seconds, and then slice into three slices, top, middle and bottom. Put the beef sauce on the bottom slice first. I used the yak beef sauce my mother brought back from Tibet.
3.
Spread two slices of washed cucumber.
4.
Spread the grilled steak. The steak is fried in butter, and it is good to use kitchen paper to absorb the oil and water. Marinated steak for steak. The photos taken in the morning were not very good due to the lighting. I cut the steak into two slices.

Put a piece of washed lettuce.

13.
Insert the skewer to fix it and set the plate.
14.
The coriander is on the egg. The placement of the ingredients depends on your mood😄
Tips:
1. Steamed buns must use old-fashioned buns, which are chewy. Don't use the fluffy ones, they don't taste good.
2. As long as you like, steak, pork chop and chicken chop can be used. Bacon is fine too.
3. Tomatoes are also ok, but I personally don't like it because there is too much water.
4. I always don't like to use more frying for fried eggs. Just drop two or three drops on the pan. Less oil is healthier.
5. The beef sauce is salty, delicious and spicy, depending on your mood. You can also use shiitake mushroom sauce, godmother or something.
