Steamed Clams

1. Rinse the clams without sand.

2. A moderate amount of salt.

3. A little cooking oil.

4. Let stand for thirty minutes. (The seller said it was sand-free clams, I donโ€™t worry, but let the clams spit sand. As expected, they spit out some dirty things. Rinse them with running water.)

5. Bring suitable water to a boil in the pot, put the clams on a tray, and steam for 5 minutes on high heat.
