Steamed Clams

Rinse the clams without sand.

A moderate amount of salt.

A little cooking oil.

Let stand for thirty minutes. (The seller said it was sand-free clams, I donโt worry, but let the clams spit sand. As expected, they spit out some dirty things. Rinse them with running water.)

Bring suitable water to a boil in the pot, put the clams on a tray, and steam for 5 minutes on high heat.

Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic, millet pepper, chives, and coriander.

Some light soy sauce, (personally don't like seafood soy sauce,) old vinegar, mix well.

The steamed clams opened their mouths and put them on the plate. Dip it in juice, it's tender and tempting๐๐
