Steamed Cod Tail

Wash the cod tail and drain the water; take an appropriate amount of salt, and evenly spread the salt on both sides of the fish

Then spread the cooking oil evenly

Shredded ginger

Placed under and on top of the fish

Put it in a steamer and steam on high heat for 10 minutes until it is cooked

Pour out the water from the plate after cooking, drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onion for decoration
