Steamed Colorful Cloud Carving

Kill the fish, wash and cut a few slices of ginger on top

Shred ginger onion

After the water in the steamer is boiled, put the fish on the high heat and steam for 12 minutes

Put ginger and green onion, pour in soy sauce, and drizzle with hot oil.
Tips:
There will be some juice in the steamed fish dish, and some will remain in the dish when you pour it out, so that the soy sauce will not be salty and tasteful.
