Steamed Fennel Vegetables

Wash the fennel and cut into sections, shake off the water drops

Pour in the flour, add half of the total amount of salt required for the vegetables, and mix well. The other half of the salt needs to be added to the garlic juice

Knead it with your hands for two minutes

Pour onto a steaming tray or a plate, and steam for 10 minutes after the water is boiled

When steaming vegetables, pat 5 cloves of garlic, add a little salt, and a few drops of sesame oil.

Add 10ml of cold water and stir to make a juice

Pour the prepared garlic juice on the steamed fennel vegetables, stir well and serve
Tips:
In the same way, celery leaves and shredded carrots can be steamed. They are all delicious. Garlic juice can also be replaced with onion ginger juice
