Steamed Fish with Chopped Pepper
1.
First adjust the sauce, pour soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, and oyster sauce into a bowl and stir well.
2.
Because the fish is a bit big, I used a baking dish, and the bottom of the baking dish was sprinkled with shredded green onion and ginger.
3.
When handling the fish, cut off the head, thick slices of the fish body, and leave the belly of the fish uncut. Put it on the baking tray and put it into shape.
4.
Sprinkle the fish with green onion, ginger and minced garlic, and drizzle with the sauce.
5.
Put a thick layer of chopped pepper on top.
6.
Put it in the steamer.
7.
Bring to a boil. After steaming for three minutes, pour out the water in the pan, close the lid and steam for three or four minutes, and it will be cooked.
8.
After cooking, sprinkle with chopped coriander, drizzle with hot oil, and serve.
