Pepper Fish

Take appropriate amount of soaked ginger, soaked pepper, slice it, add the pepper fish seasoning, and stir evenly

Cut shallots into sections

Slice the fish, add half of the peppercorns, add the cooking wine, salt, and starch, stir evenly, and marinate for 20 minutes
