Steamed Golden Trout

1. Clean up the golden trout

2. Make a few strokes on both sides, and evenly smear a proper amount of wine and salt on the surface and inside

3. Spread ginger shreds on the plate

4. Put the fish on the shredded ginger and sprinkle a layer of shredded ginger and green onion

5. Boil water in a pot. After the water is boiled, put the fish on a bamboo basket and steam for six minutes. Then steam it for about five minutes. After steaming, remove the shredded ginger and green onion, put a layer of red pepper shreds, and sprinkle with chopped green onion

6. Start cooking oil, put some peppercorns in the oil to fry

7. Remove the peppercorns and pour the oil on the steamed fish.
