Steamed Meatballs

Add salt, pepper, cooking wine, ginger granules, starch and water to the meat, mix well, use a spoon to make round balls and put them in 60% to 70% hot oil;

Fry until the meatballs have a hard shell on the surface and remove them.

Put the meatballs in the bottom of the bowl;

Soak the broccoli, peel and cut, and place on the meatballs.

Bring the water to a boil, place the bowl in the pot and cover;

Steam for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat, simmer for about 5 minutes, take out and pour on a plate.
7.
In another pot, bring a proper amount of water to a boil, add oyster sauce;

Add water starch to thicken;
9.
Drizzle sesame oil and pour the juice on the vegetables.
