Steamed Pears with Sweet Almonds and Wolfberry

Wash 10 grams of sweet almonds, pick out the almonds that do not change well, and soak them in water for 10 minutes.

Wash the pears, peel them, and cut into small pieces.

Put the soaked almonds in a bowl (four people in my family, one bowl per person). If there are few people, the amount of almonds should be reduced to 3 to 5 grams.

Put in pear cubes.

Put in an appropriate amount of rock sugar (you can also add honey after steaming).

Add a little wolfberry.

Add 5 tablespoons of water.

Put it in a pot and steam for 15 to 20 minutes.

Eat it while it's hot.
