Steamed Pork Ribs with Tempeh

Tips:
1. Prepare the ribs and chop them into small pieces, first add some starch water and stir well, so that the water in the ribs can be better locked after being steamed. Adding a spoonful of peanut oil is good for smoothness and tenderness.
2. Soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and tempeh are all salty when marinating ribs, so the amount of salt should be as little as possible
3. It is easy to cut into small pieces and cook, and the steaming time is about 12 minutes. If the steaming time is too long, the meat will become hard.
