Zongxiang Pork Ribs and Glutinous Rice

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it one night in advance.

Chop the row into small pieces (this step can be done by the vendor), rinse and drain the water, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and ginger and marinate for more than 30 minutes.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms, soak and cut into small pieces.

Fresh rice dumpling leaves are placed on the steaming pad of the rice cooker. If you use dried rice dumpling leaves, you need to soak in advance.

Drain the soaked glutinous rice and mix well with the drainage aid and shiitake mushrooms.
6.
Add enough water to the inner pot of the rice cooker, and steam for 1 hour after the water is boiled.
